Floor Manager for Mangalore location- Qualified engineer with more than 10 years of experience in BIM, CAD and GIS. Proficient in Revit MEP, Autodesk Showcase, Auto-CAD Structural Detailing and Micro Station. During the tenure Ten years, has handled varying responsibilities including :- Detailing and checking of Mechanical, Plumbing and electrical system for Various Industrial, commercial, multi- storied Residential complexes, Shopping Mall, Hotel & Convention Centers.- Responsible for ensuring that construction drawings produced by the project team are clear, effective, as per project schedule.- Support the development of the Revit Team providing technical guidance, mentoring and regular feedback where required.- Plan and organize the work of the team- Coordinating between structure, architecture and services.- Creating shop/construction drawings for construction.- Involved in project planning, initiation, process design and client requirement analysis.- Planning the shipment schedules and delivering the data on time to client.- Regular technical discussions with the team and construction team for quality issues.- Preparing Presentations and Walkthroughs using Autodesk Showcase and Revit.- Generating Bar Bending Schedules for the Structural Components.- Tracking RFI\'s (Request for Information form) for earlier response from clients.- Conducting Design Review Meetings with client and consultants.- Modeling Plant room details and coordination with other services.Please share the updated CV
