Function Operations Pay Band E4 to M2 Role As the Team Manager - you will be part of the Project Engineering and will report to the Section Head - Project Engineering The purpose of your role will be To execute the planning (Conceptualization, Ordering, Commissioning & Handover) for Engine Assembly Facilities in Green Field Projects (Across all HMCL Plant Locations) Brown Field Projects (Across all HMCL Plant Locations) New Model Development in order to fulfil the market demand (Across all HMCL Plant Locations) A purpose driven role for you Your Key Responsibilities Will Include, But Not Limited To Execution of ordering of Engine Assembly Equipment for green field & brown field projects New Model Development Process Innovation A Day in the life Execution of the planning (Conceptualization, Ordering, Commissioning & Handover) for Engine Assembly Facilities in Green Field Projects (Across all HMCL Plant Locations) Brown Field Projects (Across all HMCL Plant Locations) New Model Development in order to fulfil the market demand (Across all HMCL Plant Locations) Academic Qualification & Experience B.Tech in mechanical engineering Diploma Holder (Mechanical Engg) Technical Skills/Knowledge 3 year experience in engine assembly project execution Software Knowledge- Catia / Autocad PFMEA understanding Understanding of Fits & Tolerances.
