FunctionOperationsPay BandE4 to M2RoleAs a TM -Line incharge you will be a part of Project Engineering Team and will be report to the Section Head -Utility who will be responsible for Planning, Ordering and Execution of the Capex in Mechanical utilities.
2. Capacity Planning of the ETP, ZLD, WTP, STP Plants.
3. Designing and RFQ preparation of HVAC, Fire Hydrant System of the new facility or in existing
plants.
4. Project budget and schedule monitoring and meeting the on PQCDSM parametersA purpose driven role for youYour key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
#Planning, Ordering Execution & New Technology
#Expand Capacity ahead of demand, rationalize capacity to
achieve cost benefits, and carry out smooth launch and ramp-
up of facilities for new models.
\xe2\x97\x8f Mechanical Utilities Distribution in the existing Plants
\xe2\x97\x8f Complete planning of mechanical utilities for any new
facility or expansion of existing facility.
Facilities includes:
\xef\x82\xb7 Environmental facilities: Sewage treatment
plant (STP), Effluent Treatment plant (ETP),
Water Treatment plant (WTP), Zero Liquid
Discharge (ZLD or MEE)
\xef\x82\xb7 Ventilation System: HVAC including chillers
AHUs and pumps and ducts, Force Draft
Ventilation (FDV),
\xef\x82\xb7 Compressor House: Compressed air generation
and Distribution across facilities based on
Requirement
\xef\x82\xb7 Fire Fighting System: Complete firefighting
system including pump house, internal hydrant,
external Hydrant and Sprinkler
\xef\x82\xb7 Water Generation and Distribution:
Generation and Distribution of different types of
water across facilities based on requirement.
WTP includes filter water, soft water, RO water
and DM water
\xef\x82\xb7 Gas Storage and Distribution: Storage and
distribution of propane gas, LNG across plant
facilities as per requirement
\xef\x82\xb7 Hot Water Generation: Generation of hot water
using Heat pumps, Gas burners (Boilers) for
different shop machines and equioments#NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT:
\xef\x82\xb7 Providing MEP services for new model development
across HMCL facilities to meet the target
#Improve profitability by optimizing and reducing total
cost, aligning with organizational TPM and device
maximum benefits in terms of productivity, quality, cost
and delivery.
\xef\x82\xb7 Cost reduction by waste reduction
\xef\x82\xb7 Replacement of existing mechanical utility equipment
with new and efficient system
\xef\x82\xb7 Implementing new technologies across facilities to
improve the system and overall efficiency
#Integrate digitalization across plants for real time,
centralized monitoring of data to improve quality and
operational efficiency.
\xef\x82\xb7 Implementation of Digitalization projects across all
facilities and equipment
#Strengthen systems, encourage innovation to leverage
idea generation, and explore electric vehicle and other
new/advanced technologies.
#Continuously explore Sustainability initiatives, in order
to create green manufacturing plants and set benchmark
