Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular pest control treatments, including: Anti-mosquito fumigation. Anti-larva treatment. Anti-rodent, anti-cockroach, and snake repellent treatments. Inspect society premises for potential pest infestations and identify problem areas. Safely handle, mix, and apply approved pesticides and repellents. Ensure compliance with safety standards during pesticide application. Maintain records of all treatments, including dates, areas treated, and chemicals used. Communicate with the management and residents about scheduled treatments and necessary precautions. --- Qualifications and Skills Required: Certification: Valid Pest Control Operator license (mandatory). Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in pest control services preferred. Knowledge: Familiarity with pest management techniques, pesticide usage, and safety protocols. Skills: Ability to identify different types of pests and recommend effective treatments. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills to interact with residents and the management team. --- Additional Requirements: Must be physically fit and able to handle pest control equipment.
