3. Experience: Minimum 10-15 years experience in relevant field.Must be adept with Johari Windows, SWOT Analysis etc...
4. Age Limit: Below 60.

Job Summary: As a Personality Development Trainer, he/she must be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs aimed at enhancing the personal and professional development of students pursuing careers in the aviation industry. The trainer plays a crucial role in preparing students to excel in their roles and represent the aviation industry with confidence and professionalism.
