• Fitness assessments: Evaluating a client's fitness level and skill level, including postural, flexibility, and strength assessments
• Goal setting: Helping clients set short- and long-term fitness goals
• Exercise programs: Creating personalized exercise plans to help clients achieve their goals
• Instruction: Demonstrating and explaining how to perform exercises and routines correctly
• Coaching: Motivating and coaching clients to follow their programs safely and effectively
• Progress monitoring: Tracking clients' progress and adapting programs as needed
• Safety: Explaining and enforcing safety rules and regulations for exercise equipment, sports, and recreational activities
• Advice: Providing advice on health, nutrition, and lifestyle changes
• First aid: Giving emergency first aid if needed
• Positive experience: Maintaining a positive exercise experience for clients
• Communication: Keeping management informed of client and facility needs
