Qualifications and other requirements:

• Gender: Female
• Age: Below 25
• Marital Status: Single
• Candidate's Location: A Resident of Noida or nearby Sectors of Noida.
• Education : (Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred).
• Experience : At least 2-3 years of experience in a secretarial, administrative, or executive assistant role.
• Skills :
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Personal Traits :
• Discretion and confidentiality.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport.
• Proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calendar and Schedule Management :
• Scheduling appointments & meetings
• Coordinate travel arrangements
• Send reminders and manage time effectively to ensure deadlines are met.
• Communication Management :
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails etc.
• Draft and edit correspondence, reports and presentations
• Ensure timely responses to inquiries and direct messages appropriately.
• Filing Management (Hard Copy) of All relevant Files.
• Meeting and Event Coordination :
• Arrange logistics for meetings, conferences, and special events.
• Prepare materials for meetings, such as agendas, presentations and notes.
• Take minutes during meetings and ensure follow-up on action items.
• Document Management :
• Maintain and organize documents, both electronic and physical, ensuring that they are easily accessible.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and in compliance with privacy policies.
• Confidentiality and Professionalism :
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
• Represent the employer with professionalism in all official/institutional and personal interactions.

Working Conditions:

• Schedule : Standard working hours with occasional late seating or flexibility based on the needs of the employer.
