Job Title: Personal Secretary Job Summary: As a Personal Secretary, you will play a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support to the executive you are assigned to. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, handling confidential information, and ensuring effective communication within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events. Proactively manage the calendars of executive leadership team to optimize time efficiency. Communication: Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders for specific tasks and report the status to the executive. Documentation: Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations. Personal Tasks: Assist with personal tasks as needed, such as managing personal appointments and errands. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Safeguard confidential documents and communication. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Personal Secretary or similar role. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in office software and calendar management tools. High level of integrity and professionalism. Education and Experience: Graduate preferably with Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or related field. Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role is preferred.
