Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

1. Administrative Support :

• Provide full secretarial and administrative support to higher management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Manage diaries, appointments, and meetings for executives.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.

2. Communication Management :

• Act as a liaison between higher management and internal/external stakeholders.
• Draft and proofread emails, letters, presentations, and reports on behalf of the executive.

3. Event and Travel Coordination :

• Arrange and coordinate travel schedules, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
• Organize company events, meetings, conferences, and business functions.

4. Documentation and Filing :

• Maintain confidential files and records for the executive office.
• Organize and store important documents and ensure easy retrieval of information.

5. Task Management :

• Assist in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks for higher management.
• Follow up on assigned tasks and projects to ensure timely completion.

6. Stakeholder Relations :

• Build and maintain relationships with internal departments, clients, and business partners.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

• Educational Background : Master's Degree in a relevant field (MSC).
• Experience : At least 2 years of experience as a Personal Secretary or in a similar role.
• Organizational Skills : Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Tech Savvy : Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), calendar management tools, and email platforms.
• Interpersonal Skills : Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
• Attention to Detail : Keen eye for accuracy in all administrative tasks.
• Problem-Solving : Ability to handle challenges and provide solutions under pressure.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Ability to Commute/Relocate:

• Bailey Road, Patna, Bihar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

• PERSONAL SECRETARY: 2 years (Preferred)
