Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Executive Support:

• Provide comprehensive support to higher management, handling daily schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate and manage calendars, appointments, and deadlines efficiently.
• Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up on meetings, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.

2. Communication and Coordination:

• Act as the primary point of contact between the management and internal/external stakeholders.
• Screen and prioritize calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Facilitate communication between departments, ensuring smooth workflow and quick decision-making.

3. Administrative Tasks:

• Organize and maintain confidential documents, reports, and presentations for management.
• Assist in preparing reports, memos, letters, and financial statements as required.
• Oversee office operations, including managing supplies, resources, and vendor relations.

4. Project Management:

• Support in the planning and execution of special projects assigned by the management.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure project deadlines and deliverables are met.

5. Travel and Event Management:

• Arrange and manage travel itineraries, bookings, and logistics for management's business trips.
• Organize and manage business events, meetings, and conferences on behalf of the management.

6. Data Management and Research:

• Conduct research and prepare reports for management on business strategies, market trends, or other relevant topics.
• Manage databases and records related to company operations, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: MBA or related business qualification.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Professional demeanor and high attention to detail.
