We're looking for a highly motivated Personal Secretary to provide exceptional administrative support to our managers. You'll play a key role in ensuring their day runs smoothly and efficiently, allowing them to focus on core business objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Schedule Management: Manage the calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel.
• Communication Hub: Act as the first point of contact, screen calls and emails, and handle all correspondence (both physical and digital).
• Documentation and Presentations: Prepare presentations, reports, and letters according to the Manager's instructions.
• Travel Coordination: Research and book travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
• Project and Task Support: Assist with various projects as needed, including research, data entry, and compiling information.
• Office Organization: Manage office supplies, maintain filing systems, and ensure a professional work environment.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 0-2 years of experience as a Personal Secretary or similar administrative role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
• Ability to learn new software and adapt to changing priorities.
