Only Female Candidate Required JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Co-ordination of travel arrangements-tickets, invitation letters, VISA processing and
  • hotel accommodation.
  • Prepare Minutes of meeting.
  • Serve as the point person for external institutions and individuals who need to contact
  • the MD
  • Taking dictation and drafting, proofreading e-mails.
  • Qualify inbound leads by sending initial emails and making phone calls.
  • Keep information confidential and secure through the use of backups and appropriate
  • security software
Required Education and Experience:
  • Work experience as an Secretary/Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Graduation/Post Graduation degree is must
  • P.A. diploma or certification is a plus
Preferred Specialized Qualification and Experience:
  • Candidate with 1-3 years of experience as an Secretary role.
  • Excellent MS Office / G-suit knowledge
Essential Competencies:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars)

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 20,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month Benefits:
