We are seeking a professional Secretary to support our Managing Director (MD) in overseeing various company operations.



We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Secretary to assist our Managing Director. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations for the MD.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and organize the MD's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences
• Act as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for the MD
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
• Assist in organizing and executing company events, meetings, and team activities
• Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and other communications directed to the MD
• Maintain and update records, files, and documents for the MD
• Conduct research and gather relevant information for various projects as directed
• Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Proven experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in a similar role (3+ years preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and multitask effectively
• Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and a customer service-oriented approach
