Job Description

Administrative Support:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Communication Handling:

Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the Director.

Document Preparation:

Draft and prepare documents, reports, and presentations for the Director.

Meeting Coordination:

Schedule, organize, and coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments for the Director.

Information Management:

Maintain and organize important information, documents, and files for easy access by the Director.

Liaison with Stakeholders:

Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and other team members.

Travel Arrangements:

Arrange travel itineraries, accommodation, and logistics for business trips.

Event Coordination:

Assist in planning and coordinating events, promotions, or activities related to the jewelry store.

Confidentiality Maintenance:

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and confidentiality.

Task Follow-Up:

Follow up on tasks and assignments to ensure timely completion by the Director and other team members.

Problem Solving:

Anticipate and address potential issues or challenges, providing solutions to keep operations running smoothly.

Budget Tracking:

Assist in tracking and managing budgets, expenses, and financial records as directed by the Director.

Research and Analysis:

Conduct research on relevant topics and compile information to support decision-making by the Director.

Priority Management:

Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and support the Director's priorities.

Collaborate with other team members to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
