Manage and Own Time/Calendar, Travel Management, Global Client Meetings Management, Foreign Client Visits
Manage all office locations, office guest house, Home Office for executives.
Manage office staff for housekeeping, maintenance, external interfaces.
Manage partners/vendors, also manage a healthy pipeline of partners, vendors for office
Provide reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep senior management informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts.
Manage monthly expenses for utilities, other services
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Auditors, Employee Services, etc.) to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
Oversee Front Office including coordination with Admin, HR team on activities.
Maintain administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Supervise clerical and administrative personnel by communicating job expectations, appraising job results, and disciplining employees.
Set policies and procedures for training, coaching, counseling, and career development for staff.
Monitor and procure needed supplies for the office, reception, mailroom, and kitchen.
Ensure a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards
