We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Personal Loan Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in sales, excellent English communication skills, and a thorough understanding of personal loan products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Customer Acquisition:
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Engage with potential customers to understand their financial needs and offer appropriate personal loan solutions.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
• Product Knowledge:
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all personal loan products and services offered by the company.
• Explain the features and benefits of personal loan products to customers.
• Assist customers in completing loan applications and gathering necessary documentation.
• Customer Service:
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely disbursement of loans and address any post-loan queries.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and loan applications.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services or banking industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Skills:
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand and explain financial products.
• Knowledge:
• Thorough understanding of personal loan products and the financial services market.
• Familiarity with loan application processes and documentation requirements.
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
