Job Description
: Overview : The candidate we are looking for is for the Team Leader position in a Personal Loan telesales unit. The primary objective of the team is to do cold calls to customers and sell a personal loan on the phone. So as a team leader the candidate is expected to handle a team of telesales executive and sell personal loans. Responsibilities : 1. Should have prior experience in selling personal loans on the phone 2. Should have handled a team of telecallers. 3. Should have complete knowledge of personal loans as a product 4. Should be aware of the credit policy of top banks like HDFC/ ICICI 5. Should have excellent communication skills and ability to handle and grow a team 6. Should reside within a 5-10kms radius from the office

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
