A career in Risk Management, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to advance and foster integrity based decision making and conduct by PwC professionals throughout our organisation. You'll focus on promoting and monitoring compliance with applicable external laws and regulations as well as internal policies and procedures to help manage PwC's regulatory, litigation, and reputational risk.




Our Independence Compliance team provides guidance on all areas of PwC's independence policy and the regulatory environment. As part of the team, you'll provide updates on Independence and regulatory rules and will evaluate new client opportunities based on PwC's compliance policies and procedures.

Required skills:



• Call center experience - working in a queue.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing with strong customer service orientation. (English).
• Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail.
• Ability to understand the firm's personal independence policy, regulatory compliance, etc.
• Ticketing system experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of US and India financial products is a plus.
Responsibilities:



• Answering calls, emails and chats from PwC partners, employees, contractors and candidates to provide them guidance and assistance in regards to Ethics and Compliance and related topics. In particular areas such as personal independence, regulatory compliance and other topical areas covered by knowledge base documents and internal systems (investments portfolio, automated investment recording system, learning and development, CPA licensing, CPE compliance) .
