• Calendar and Scheduling Management: Coordinate and manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Communication Handling: Act as the first point of contact, handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of the executive.
• Document Preparation and Management: Draft, proofread, and edit documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
• Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, itineraries, and provide support during travel.
• Personal Errands: Assist with personal tasks and errands, including but not limited to shopping, scheduling appointments, and managing household needs.
• Event Planning and Coordination: Organize and coordinate small events, meetings, and other engagements.
• Office Support and Administration: Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, organizing, ordering supplies, and liaising with internal departments and external vendors.
• Expense Tracking and Reporting: Manage receipts, prepare expense reports, and handle budgeting tasks.
• Project Assistance: Provide support on special projects as assigned, including research, data collection, and organization.
