Job Summary:
Biraja Infotech Private Limited, a leading software development company, is looking for a skilled and versatile Personal cum Office Assistant to support the Director in both personal and professional tasks. The candidate must be proficient in English, have strong organizational and communication skills, and be able to manage multiple responsibilities effectively with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative and Personal Support:
• Manage the Director's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Draft professional letters, reports, and official documents.
• Assist in personal tasks and errands as required.
• Communication and Correspondence:
• Draft, review, and reply to emails with precision and professionalism.
• Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
• Human Resources Management:
• Handle recruitment processes, including creating job descriptions, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Oversee team management, performance reviews, and exit processes.
• Office and Project Management:
• Manage office operations, including maintaining records and organizing files.
• Oversee project timelines, monitor deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Content and Bid Writing:
• Write compelling project bids and proposals for clients.
• Draft engaging social media content and manage online presence.
• Social Media and Website Management:
• Update and maintain the company's website.
• Plan and execute strategies to improve social media engagement.
• Customer Support:
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
• Independent Work:
• Take initiative and complete tasks independently with minimal supervision.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business, IT, or English preferred).
• Experience: 3+ years in a similar role, preferably in the software or IT sector.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
• Familiarity with website management platforms (e.g., WordPress) and social media tools.
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, adaptability, and problem-solving.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities.
