We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support the Manager with administrative tasks, scheduling, and extensive travel and accommodation arrangements. The role requires managing the manager's calendar, booking domestic and international travel, coordinating meetings, and handling expense reports, with a strong focus on adaptability and problem-solving. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office and travel booking platforms. This position involves frequent travel and flexible hours; therefore, applicants must be willing and able to travel as needed. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
