Job Description


This dynamic role requires a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful individual to provide comprehensive support to the CEO while also managing all aspects of Human Resources (HR) operations. The successful candidate will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the CEO's office and the overall HR department. This position may require travel for business meetings within and outside the city.Responsibilities:

  • CEO Support:
  • Manage CEO's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and emails.
  • Prepare and disseminate meeting materials, presentations, and reports.
  • Conduct research and compile information as requested.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Represent the CEO at internal and external events as needed.
  • Assist the CEO during business travel, including itinerary planning and on- site support.
  • Support the CEO in digital marketing initiatives and coordination, including social media management.
  • Project Management:
  • Assist the CEO in the planning and execution of all projects and initiatives.
  • Track project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Office Management:
  • Oversee general office administration, including ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and managing office space.
  • Recruitment G Onboarding:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies (e.g., job postings, sourcing, interviewing).
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
  • Coordinate and participate in the hiring process, including background checks and reference verification.
  • Develop and implement employee onboarding programs.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in resolving employee conflicts and disputes.
  • Maintain positive employee morale and foster a positive work environment.
  • HR Administration (This can be additional RnR)
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, payroll information, and benefits enrolment.
  • Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time off.
  • Conduct performance reviews and assist with employee development initiatives.

?ualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to travel for business meetings within and outside the city.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media marketing, content marketing, and SEO.
