Position: Personal Assistant to the Director
Location: Himalaya Optical, Corporate Head Office, Kolkata
Reports To: Director
Job Summary:
Provide high-level administrative support to the Director, ensuring efficient operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
- Manage and maintain the Director's calendar and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence and prepare documents and reports.
2. Meeting Coordination:
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
3. Communication:
- Act as the primary contact between the Director and stakeholders.
- Facilitate internal and external communications.
4. Confidentiality:
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
5. Project Assistance:
- Assist with special projects and conduct research as needed.
6. Office Management:
- Maintain office supplies and ensure an organized workspace.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- High level of discretion and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
