We are seeking a reliable and proactive Personal Assistant to the Company Owner. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support, handle day-to-day tasks, and ensure smooth coordination in all aspects of the owner's professional life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the owner's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the owner.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track follow-ups.
• Maintain confidentiality in all business and personal matters.
• Conduct research and compile reports as required.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
• Assist with personal tasks, including errands and event planning.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling tools.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• High level of discretion and professionalism.
