Job Summary:

Paragoaid Financial Services is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executives. The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities. The role requires efficient management of professional and personal tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support:

- Manage and maintain the executive's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters, and respond on behalf of the executive when appropriate.

- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required.

2. Organizational Tasks:

- Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences.

- Maintain an organized filing system, both electronic and physical.

- Ensure the executive's office environment is efficient and well-stocked with necessary supplies.

3. Personal Assistance:

- Assist with personal tasks and errands, such as managing household staff, shopping, and other personal activities.

- Coordinate family and personal events, such as vacations, dinners, and celebrations.

4. Project Management:

- Assist in managing projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.

- Conduct research and gather information as needed for various projects.

5. Confidentiality:

- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.

- Maintain the executive's privacy and handle all personal matters with professionalism.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role.

- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- High level of discretion and confidentiality.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and schedules.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.

- Experience in managing personal and professional tasks for high-level executives.

- Familiarity with project management software and tools.

Requirements:

- Age: Maximum 35 years

- Location: Noida, Sector 1, Steller Jeevan Complex, Great Noida West

- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Salary and Benefits:

- Salary: ?20,000 to ?25,000 per month
