Job Title: Personal Assistant to Operations Manager (HR, Payroll, Marketing, Branding, Sales)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Operations Manager, who oversees the HR, Payroll, Marketing, Branding, and Sales departments. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual with strong multitasking skills who can streamline administrative tasks and provide comprehensive support across multiple functions.

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and helping the manager execute their responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administrative Support: Manage the manager's calendar, schedule meetings, organize travel, and handle correspondence.

- HR & Payroll Assistance: Support recruitment, onboarding, payroll preparation, and employee engagement activities.

- Marketing & Branding Support: Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, track progress, and maintain marketing documentation.

- Sales Assistance: Help track sales performance, generate reports, and assist in coordinating sales meetings.

- Project Coordination: Assist in tracking key initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met, and following up on action items across departments.

- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare reports for HR, marketing, branding, and sales, and maintain organized filing systems.

- Communication: Liaise with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring seamless communication on behalf of the Operations Manager.

Required Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or a related field.

- Experience: 3-5 years in a personal assistant or executive assistant role, preferably supporting senior management in HR, marketing, and/or sales.

- Skills:

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR/payroll software and CRM tools.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

- Project management experience is a plus.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
