Job Description

• dministrative Support :
• Manage and organize the Principal's calendar, schedule appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring proper time management.
• Coordinate with faculty, staff, and external stakeholders to arrange meetings, conferences, and visits.
• Handle incoming correspondence, phone calls, and emails, prioritizing and directing as necessary.
• Draft, review, and manage official correspondence, reports, memos, and presentations on behalf of the Principal.
• Event and Meeting Coordination :
• Plan and coordinate events, conferences, or special programs involving the Principal's office.
• Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items for meetings chaired by the Principal.
• Ensure the smooth execution of school functions and activities involving the Principal.
• Document Management :
• Maintain confidential files, reports, and records related to the Principal's office.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external use, gathering necessary information as required.
• Communication and Liaison :
• Serve as the first point of contact for the Principal's office, handling inquiries and requests professionally and effectively.
• Act as a liaison between the Principal and staff, parents, students, and external agencies.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication within the institution and with external partners.
• Travel and Itinerary Management :
• Organize and coordinate the Principal's travel arrangements, including booking transportation, accommodation, and managing itineraries.
• Ensure that travel logistics are in place and prepare necessary documentation for official trips.
• Office Management :
• Monitor office supplies and ensure the office runs smoothly by coordinating with vendors for equipment or other supplies.
• Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and budget tracking related to the Principal's office activities.

Required Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience : At least 2-3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or personal assistant, preferably in an educational or academic setting.
• Skills :
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
