Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Personal Assistant (PA) to support a Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) based in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative and organizational tasks, with a preference for those with political experience. This role requires a male candidate due to safety considerations, including the need to visit various government offices and work irregular hours.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
• Manage the MP's schedule, appointments, and meetings.
• Handle correspondence, including drafting, typing, and filing documents.
• Coordinate communication with government officials, party members, and other stakeholders.
• Organize and maintain the MP's office and records.
2. Event and Meeting Coordination:
• Arrange and coordinate events, public appearances, and meetings.
• Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations as needed.
3. Liaison and Representation:
• Serve as a point of contact between the MP and the public, government officials, and party members.
• Accompany the MP to meetings and events, taking notes and providing support as needed.
4. Research and Analysis:
• Conduct research on political issues, legislative matters, and constituency concerns.
• Prepare summaries and briefings to keep the MP informed and prepared.
5. Other Duties:
• Perform other tasks as required to support the MP in fulfilling their duties and responsibilities.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Gender Requirement: Male candidates
• Must have experience as an Personal assistant.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience as an assistant; 10 years preferred.
• Political Experience: Preferred but not mandatory.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Skills:
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours and handle urgent tasks.
