• Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Perform general administrative tasks, such as answering phones, managing email correspondence, filing, and organizing documents.
• Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and scheduling conflicts.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
• Conduct research and compile data to prepare reports and presentations for the executive team.
• Assist in the preparation of meetings, including agendas, materials, and minutes.
• Coordinate and facilitate communication between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Anticipate the needs of the executive and proactively address issues as they arise.
• Act as a liaison between the executive and other departments within the organization.
• provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives, as needed.
