• Personal Assistant to provide assistance with respect to both work and personal tasks.
• Coordinates calendar, travel, meeting, and schedule arrangements for the Chairman, staff, business partners, and customers Preparing letters/emails. Planning and organising events.
• Prepares and sends business and private correspondence.
• Liaising with other support staff.
• Maintaining personal and business files.
• Handles financial and accounting matters for the chairman with confidentiality.
• Requires a desire to learn and expand responsibilities.
• Other tasks as required.
