Act as the point of contact between the managers and internal/external clients or vendors
Conserves clients time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating telecommunications.
To proactively manage and coordinate the diary of the top management by prioritizing and arranging internal and external meetings, ensuring appropriate briefing papers are prepared and provided.
Handle requests and queries appropriately
Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
Make travel arrangements
Take dictation and minutes (MOMs)
Source office supplies
Produce reports, presentations and briefs
Devise and maintain the office documentation and filing
Provides administrative support.
Able to Travel and visit places for the purpose of office work
