Ltd. a leading B2B E-commerce Platform are looking for Personal Assistant as below ; Job Role : Personal Assistant Location : Surat CTC : Max 4.2 LPA Responsibilities & duties:t \xe2\x97\x8f Manage emails, information, and other communications; answer where possible \xe2\x80\x93 highlight and prioritise those that need MD attention \xe2\x97\x8f Plan and maintain MD\xe2\x80\x99s calendar and recurring tasks, arrange appointments, organise and set agendas and action points for all his meetings \xe2\x97\x8f Act as \xe2\x80\x98follow-up Manager\xe2\x80\x99 across the Board and Senior Leadership Team to ensure that a wide range of agreed actions are being executed \xe2\x97\x8f Type up notes, emails, presentations and reports; circulate and file information effectively \xe2\x97\x8f Book transport and accommodation as and when required \xe2\x97\x8f Attend Senior Leadership Team meetings, off-site quarterly days and other strategic meetings to take notes and action points \xe2\x97\x8f Manage ISO, H&S and FSC systems including annual audits and accreditations \xe2\x97\x8f Working alongside our Sustainability Champions to identify and implement ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency throughout the business \xe2\x97\x8f Maintain administrative systems, database and server protocols. \xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate effectively with all staff, clients, and suppliers \xe2\x97\x8f Provide good relationship management with the client \xe2\x97\x8f Deliver timely and outstanding client satisfaction Qualification & Skills Recuired :
