: Personal Assistant
Position Overview: As a Personal Assistant (PA), you will be responsible for providing administrative support to an individual or a small team, typically an executive or high-profile individual. Your role will involve managing their schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and performing various organizational tasks to ensure efficient operation and support of their professional and sometimes personal activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Scheduling and Calendar Management:
• Organize and manage the daily schedule of the individual, including meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and other commitments.
• Prioritize appointments and ensure the executive is well-prepared for each engagement.
• Communication Management:
• Act as the first point of contact for the executive, screening and handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence.
• Draft and prepare emails, letters, reports, and other documents on behalf of the executive.
• Administrative Support:
• Maintain and organize files, records, and databases, both physical and digital.
• Handle expenses, invoices, and other financial matters as delegated.
• Meeting Coordination and Support:
• Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute materials as needed.
• Travel Arrangements:
• Make travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
• Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all necessary arrangements are in place.
• Research and Information Management:
• Conduct research on various topics as requested by the executive.
• Compile and analyze information, prepare reports, and present findings.
• Personal Assistance:
• Handle personal tasks and errands as required, including but not limited to personal appointments, family matters, and household management.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree preferable
• Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
• Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not always required depending on experience.
Working Conditions:
• The role may require occasional overtime and flexibility in working hours to accommodate the executive's schedule.
• Some travel may be necessary depending on the requirements of the role.
• Professional attire and demeanor are typically expected in this position.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?8,924.00 - ?45,938.16 per month
