Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Founder. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Founder's schedule, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and providing comprehensive administrative support. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle a wide range of tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Calendar Management:
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives.
• Manage calendars, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in scheduling.
Communication:
• Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
• Draft and proofread correspondence, emails, and other documents as needed.
Administrative Support:
• Provide administrative assistance such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
• Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
Travel Coordination:
• Arrange travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
• Prepare detailed itineraries and travel packs for executives.
Meeting Support:
• Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations as required.
• Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as needed.
Task Prioritization:
• Proactively identify priorities and manage conflicting demands on executives' time.
• Anticipate needs and proactively address them to ensure smooth operations.
Confidentiality:
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior executives.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
Experience
• Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.

Pay: ?5,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
