Our focus is on industrial, commercial, institutional, corporate offices, retail showrooms, malls, residential high-rise towers, developers, bungalows, hotels, hospitals, theaters, auditoriums, recording studios, warehouses, and chemical & pharmaceutical projects. We are based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Role Description This is a full time on-site Personal Assistant role located in Mumbai. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for handling executive administrative tasks, managing diaries, and utilizing strong communication and clerical skills to support senior level executives in the company. Qualifications 1. Administrative Assistant skills required. 2. Ability to coordinate effectively with team members and external parties. 3. Managing director\'s calendars and setting up meetings. 4. Take minutes during meetings. 5. Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence. 6. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. 7. Work experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role. 8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office applications. 9. Must have a diploma or degree or field. 10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 11. Experience in the construction or engineering industry is a plus.
