• Point of Contact : Act as the primary liaison between the manager and internal or external clients.
• Phone Calls and Correspondence : Screen and direct phone calls, as well as distribute correspondence.
• Requests and Queries : Handle requests and queries appropriately.
• Diary Management : Manage the manager's calendar and schedule meetings and appointments.
• Travel Arrangements : Make travel arrangements as needed.
• Note-Taking : Take dictation and minutes during meetings.
• Office Supplies : Source and manage office supplies.
• Reports and Presentations : Produce reports, presentations, and briefs.
• Filing System : Devise and maintain an organized office filing system.
Requirements and Skills:
• Work Experience : Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant.
• Office Knowledge : Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
• Software Proficiency : Proficient in MS Office.
• Organizational Skills : Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
• Tech-Savvy : Stay up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications.
• Multitasking : Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize daily workload.
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Discretion : Maintain confidentiality.
• Education : High School degree; a PA diploma or certification is advantageous.
