Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
• Lead Management: Track, manage, and update the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate record-keeping.
• Client Interaction: Conduct field visits with clients, providing personalized tours and presenting property options.
• Follow-ups: Maintain regular communication with prospective clients to nurture relationships and convert leads into sales.
• Cold Calling: Engage with potential clients via cold calls, effectively communicating the firm's offerings and setting up appointments.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, preparing sales reports, and managing client data.
Requirements
• Education: Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience: Prior experience in sales, is highly desirable.
Skills:
• Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and general computer usage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with a focus on being well-dressed and well-mannered.
