Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as a Stenographer Cum Personal or Executive Assistant. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our executives while also utilizing your stenography skills to ensure accurate and efficient documentation.

Responsibilities:

? Manage the executive's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

? Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and letters.

? Drafting letters and emails as per MD's instructions.

? Take dictations and transcribe them into accurate written documents using steganography techniques.

? Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the executive.

? Handle travel arrangements.

? Conduct research on various topics to assist with decision-making processes.

? Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with outmost professionalism.

? Organize and maintain files, records, and other documentation systems.

? Drafting / making changes to Legal documents such as Permanent Alternate Accommodation. Agreement, Sale Deed, Agreement to Sale, MOU's with tenants & flat buyers, Conveyance Deeds, Development Agreements, Power of Attorneys, Declarations, Letter of Possession, Letters of Allotment, Notices, Reply to Notices etc. as per MD's instruction in coordination with Legal Team.

? Transcribe meetings, and other verbal communications into written form.

? Proofread and edit transcripts for accuracy, grammar, punctuation, and spelling.

? Format and organize transcripts according to the office standards and guidelines.

? Attend meetings and other events that require transcription.

? Review and correct the transcripts for any errors or inconsistencies.

? Deliver the transcripts to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.

? Archive and backup the transcripts and related files in a secure location.

? Follow the office policies and procedures regarding transcription services.

? Prepare Minutes of the Meeting

Requirements & Skills:

Proven experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant role.

Preferably Legal background

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a stenographer or court reporter with proven ability to transcribe spoken words accurately and quickly.

Typing speed of 50-70 wpm, with proficiency in stenography techniques.

A high level of attention to detail and accuracy with excellent editing and formatting skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent in verbal, listening, writing, editing, and formatting skills.

High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

? Proficiency in using office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office/Microsoft Excel/Microsoft Word.

? Ability to Multitask, Well Organised

? Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines without compromising quality.

? Fluency in the English language is essential for this position as all communication will be conducted in English.

? A high level of maturity and confidence, with the ability to work independently/under pressure or as a part of a team and handle feedback.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
