JOB DESCRIPTION -FEMALE P.AKey Responsibilities :

  • Administrative Support:Managing schedules and appointments.Organizing meetings and taking minutes. Handling correspondence (emails, calls, etc.).
  • Travel Arrangements:Booking flights, hotels, and transportation.Preparing travel itineraries.
  • Document Management:Preparing reports and presentations.Organizing files and documents.
  • Task Coordination:Assisting with personal tasks.Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Time Management:Prioritizing tasks effectively.Ensuring deadlines are met.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree is a plus.
  • Age between 25 years to 30 years
  • Prior experience in administrative roles Min. 2 years is preferred.
  • Professional demeanor and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Strong communication in Hindi & English (Verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
