We are looking to hire an assistant for our CEO.
Basic tasks:
1. Arranging ticketing, visa and travel itinerary
2. Handling his phone calls and emails and replying as per his instructions
3. Organizing his meetings and calander management
4. Handling his social media handles
5. Coordinating with other divisions and departments, collect data's/ repots and submit to CEO promptlypromptlypromptlypromptly each day.
6. Taking minutes of meetings as and when required.
7. May need to travel occasionally on business trips.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
Schedule:
