Job Responsibilities
• Calendar Management: Efficiently manage a complex calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and documents.
• Travel Arrangements: Coordinate domestic and international travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and conferences.
• Office Management: Oversee general office administration, including managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
• Research: Conduct research on various topics as required, including market trends, competitor analysis, and industry news.
• Project Coordination: Provide administrative support for ongoing projects, including tracking deadlines and progress.
• Financial Assistance: Assist with expense reports, invoicing, and other financial tasks as needed.
• Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company information.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Personal Secretary or Executive Assistant.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Discretion and professionalism.
• A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in the architecture, interior design, or construction industry.
