Job Description

A personal assistant (PA) manages a variety of tasks to help their employer with their day-to-day activities. Some of their responsibilities include:

• Communication : Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and receiving messages
• Scheduling : Managing appointments, meetings, and conferences
• Travel : Booking flights, organizing accommodations, and planning itineraries
• Administrative tasks : Running errands, shopping, managing utility bills, and household supplies
• Research : Researching business functions or projects
• Financial tasks : Overseeing financial tasks and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations
• Document management : Managing filing systems, recording and filing documents, and storing important documents safely
• Presentations : Preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence
• Office systems : Monitoring office systems, such as files and digital data, for efficiency
• Inventory : Monitoring inventory levels of office supplies and restocking
• Confidentiality : Handling confidential information with discretion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
