Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing email correspondence, maintaining schedules, and having a good command of MS Office and basic computer applications. This role demands excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and organize email correspondence, including drafting, responding, and filing.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents using MS Office applications.
• Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and paper-based.
• Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning.
• Assist with personal tasks and errands as required.
• Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
