Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support the senior management team at our hardware product manufacturing company. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent multitasking skills who can handle a variety of administrative tasks with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative Support:
• Manage and organize the daily schedule, meetings, and appointments for senior executives.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
• Prepare, review, and format reports, presentations, and other business documents.
• Maintain and update records, files, and databases, ensuring all documents are easily accessible.
• Travel and Logistics:
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation for management.
• Organize logistics for events, meetings, conferences, and client visits.
• Client and Vendor Relations:
• Act as a point of contact for internal teams, clients, and vendors.
• Assist with inquiries, scheduling, and follow-ups with clients and suppliers as required.
• Office Management:
• Ensure the office runs smoothly by managing office supplies, equipment, and general administration.
• Handle office errands, such as courier services, document submissions, and other general tasks.
• Time Management:
• Prioritize tasks effectively and ensure deadlines are met.
• Anticipate needs of senior management and provide assistance before being asked.
• Confidentiality:
• Handle sensitive information and data with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
• Education: Graduate or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?25,000.00 per month
