Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to provide administrative and operational support and handle tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing emails, conducting research, and organising files.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently manage and organize calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-up.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, visas, and transportation for business trips and personal travel as requested.
• Provide travel support, including preparing travel packs, expense reports, and managing travel logistics.
• Provide personal assistance, such as managing personal appointments, family events, and other personal tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal),.
• Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Suite(Word, Google Docs, Excel, Sheets PowerPoint, Slides, Outlook) and other office management software.
