Job Description

: Personal Assistant (PA)

Role: Provide administrative support to executives or managers, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments.

Handle communication (calls, emails, etc.) and prioritize tasks.

Organize travel arrangements and itineraries.

Assist with document preparation and filing.

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Skills: Excellent organization, communication, time management, and attention to detail.

Qualification: Previous experience as a PA or in a similar role preferred. Proficiency in MS Office.
