Job Responsibilities
• Oversee and coordinate executive schedules, including organizing appointments, meetings, and travel plans.
• Prepare agendas for meetings, document detailed minutes, and track action items as needed.
• Serve as a point of contact between executives and both internal and external partners to ensure seamless communication.
• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and organizing documents, presentations, and reports for executive use.
• Perform various administrative duties such as managing emails, phone calls, and maintaining filing systems.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Qualifications
• At least 1 year of experience in an executive assistant, administrative, or related role.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a similar field is preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with scheduling software (Google Calendar, Outlook).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
