Job Description

:

• Support the Director in all work coordination & effectively carry out assigned responsibilities.
• Organize work by reading and routing correspondences; collecting information; and initiating telecommunications.
• Daily Operation follow-ups, task completion, scheduling, reminders, filing, small job completion, hygiene & cleanliness. Provide historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication between internal & external team members.
• Ensure all meetings are well organized and MOMs are captured and shared with all stakeholders & follow up for results
• Prepare the conference room for sales presentations and staff meetings. Assist in the preparation of all internal meetings & events
• Communicate business announcement as and when required
• Arrange travel and booking of senior management/guests as and when required
• Daily, weekly, monthly reporting of self & other staff as per the management's instructions and needs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
