1. Handled front office completely along with the personal administration activity of Management.
2. Supporting to all management along with admin duties.
3. Scheduling meetings and interviews, managing inbound and outbound calls and taking required action on it, working as back-office for Management.
4. Taking Minutes of meeting, Follow-ups for monthly progress report and reporting Chairman for the same.
5. Dictation and drafting of letters and emails.(English & Gujarati)
6. Maintaining MD's calendar, scheduling the meetings, arrangement of meeting rooms/ conference hall.
7. liaising with suppliers and clients
8. Supporting with HR recruitment activities like arrange interview schedule of shortlisted candidates with the Management as per the company standards.
9. Acting as office admin as and when required; maintaining office stationary and other daily requirements, support like housekeeping, filling, Record Keeping and other activities of Management
10. Acting as office admin as per the office requirement.
11. Managing office pantry and its daily requirements.
12. Supervising of housekeeping daily bases of all office premises.
13. Organizing events and conferences
14. Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
15. Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
16. Managing databases and filing systems
17. Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
Maintenance of office building & admin assets (AC, RO Plant, Water Cooler, Glass door, Furniture, Electric & Plumbing Work, Freeze etc.)
