An executive assistant in a hospital provides administrative and clerical support to the executive team, and may also assist with billing and human resources:
• Administrative tasks: Manage the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements. They may also prepare reports, draft memos, and edit emails.
• Communication: Filter phone calls and emails, and respond to inquiries on behalf of the executive. They may also act as a point of contact for employees, clients, and other external parties.
• Office management: Oversee office operations, such as managing supplies and facilities maintenance. They may also maintain the organization's filing system.
• Special projects: Assist with ad hoc projects or initiatives, and provide administrative support as needed.
• Billing and human resources: Assist with billing, coding, rebilling, and adding new hires to email systems.
• Experience: Should be minimum 3 years in hospital
